Hotpod Flow is our signature class. A powerful, feel-good flow that builds strength, eases tension and helps you properly switch off. Inside the pod, soothing heat, dim lighting, immersive sound and calming scents help muscles release and busy minds slow down. With no mirrors in sight, it’s easier to tune out the outside world and tune into how your body feels.
